I just looked at my new Four Wheel Drives (http://ww.landrovers.com.au - 03 98900509) price list for the 200TDi rear shaft - complete.
Prop5J - Rear Prop Shaft Suit V8, Izuzu, 200TDi & 300TDi vehicles with Front Disk & Rear Drum brakes: $467.50 ea
They also have second-handies

Sounds like price has gone up since I got mine. It is likely that replacing the tube would be cheaper than replacing the spline anyway, and being in Melbourne would give more competition. Worth trying a couple of places.
$345

New but after market...
That might be the Go..
i smoked mine the same as yours but smashed the rear uni at the same time
got it fixed at universal driveshafts in north melbourne.
just be wary that the 300tdi shaft is different length than the 200tdi
i have a 200 tdi as well
i would have any shaft checked when it is out, i have seen jammed splines wreck new uni's within 1000 k's.

Thats why i'm thinking of a new one complete

Yes, and there are 2 different propshafts for 200tdi as well, depending on whether it's early or late. Up to VIN KA925786 is part no. FRC8391 and from VIN KA925787 is part no. FTC3245. Presumably, this follows the introduction of disc brakes on the rear of late 200tdis.
That is for 110s only. Interestingly, all diesel 130s (whether 200tdi or 300tdi) use the same rear propshaft FTC1250.

mine will be the late one as mine is a Disc rear end.
