This is a typical aussie abreviation   :

    Ute short for Utility

The Americans would call it a pick-up

Usually an enclosed cab with a tray or tub on the rear

Here is a 130 Ute (with tub):

That should be all good, finding a ute roof is pretty tough. Should be able to modify a series rear window wall if you cant find a defender one.

So this going to be comped?

    Dave.
Dave not sure about comps yet but i figure while i have the lid off i might as well put a cage in it and if i do a cage it might as well be to ccda specs.
Will build it myself once i here what ccda are doing with there rules and regs.

I could have swapped too.. have a 86 county & putting
a S3 tub on the back, but making a bit more space in the
cab. Was going to go tray back but like the look of the
    style side back..

    this is a ute.
    one of Australia's greatest inventions.

pommys call it a truck-cab, but the compliance plate says it's a 110 ute, licensed to carry 3 persons.
    hope this clears things up
