It will be an o-ring that has been crimped when fitted
and over time the gas has escaped thru the twisted oring
Undo the connection change the o-ring
go to an auto elec/air con bloke, evacuate the system and regas
Should be around $85.00

Got home just before and checked for some other wiring. There is a little pressure switch hooked up to the sight glass housing. Bridged the wires and bingo.
Thanks all. Just need to fix the leak now and we're cool again...

Hi guys and gals
I have a similar problem atm with my 93 RRC everything works as above but the clutch wont engage I have chked all the fuses and relays, I also shorted the pressure switch and still nothing… If I give the clutch direct power everything is sweet and very COOOOOLD!!! Are the relays located down by the passenger foot well? If not where? I am lost
Any more ideas?
Mick
