2012 Defender with windscreen wipers that will not stop

Hi there, I have replaced the relay located under the steering wheel with an aftermarket programmable part but it has made no difference - when I turn on the wipers they keep going and the speed doesn't really change. Only way to stop them is to turn the ignition off.

I have read about another possible issue - the 'stop / park' sensor. How does one go about getting at it? I have searched this forum but cannot see a how to.

    Cheers

    Jack

Had the same exact same problem on my 95 110 make sure the relay is properly seated and the female terminals are clean .
