I'd go down to a local metal fabrication shop - and ask them to make you a set. It will most likely be the cheapest and quickest way of doing it. Tell them that you want it mounted off of the chassis, and that it's going to be used for rock sliding and as a step for your wife. They should be able to organise that easy enough!
I know that's what a lot of us have done. I had mine done a few years ago and it cost me sweet stuff all. Couple of cartons if I remember, and about $70 in metal etc.

If you're still looking for steps, i found the ones from your first post (photo) and the ones i happen to have! Was browsing and saw them on the troutbeck site, same stuff - thick pipe with checquer plate on top. As mentioned before, they are very strong and because they protrude a bit out the side of the vehicle, have saved my doors many times from idiots in the car-parks!

The set i made for myself dont have the side bar and/or step. if i made some i would be after about $600-700 for just the slider.
If you price sliders like the Scorpion ones you will find them about $800-$1000

thats weird, 'cause I have TJM ones on the Crew Cab !
These are the type that go from the bull bar back, and have been modded on the drivers side as I have an LRA sill tank, so the rear chassis pickup has been moved rearwards.

Sorry, yes TJM do their own sidesteps that link in with their bullbar. I didn't go down this road as I don't have a tjm bullbar. If you want any choice other than this one you're on your own. Also, the bars in the first pic were supplied to noddy by ARB, and it would appear it was a local arrangement because the headquarters didn't know anything about it https://www.aulro.com/afvb/
