TD5 Valve clearance adjustment

Hi Guys
Ive been poking thru the Rave Disc looking for info on KM intervals for the adjustment of the valve clearances,not too much info leapt at me.
Anybody had theirs done????
Found a section on how to set them,if you were re-building a motor.Is it a normal service procedure??
On Japper Diesels its the no1 cause of power loss and an easy adjustment.
It appears the TD5 clearances are adjustable,and I will be taking the rocker cover off to seal the injector harness,may as well do the clearances whilst Im in there?????

valve clearances are non adjustable as they are use hydraulic lash adjusters.

The high pressure injectors run off the cam, just like the valve gear. These are adjustable at the unit injector pushrods, and I wouldn't touch these without understanding a little more. :wink:
