Wedging plates for suspension
Was reading somewhere on here the other day about these and was wondering if anyone has had them fitted ? And if they are any good ?

Now I know that the cracked arms are better, but I was after a cheaper option for a 2" lift and don't want to use those offset bushes.
Also do u put a set of these on the back as well ??

yep, looks like the radius arms in the picture, but does (not sure
ops: ) the rear lower link have the same sort of mounts ?
if not do u have to do anything else to the rear to correct the 2" lift ??
I saw these :

matt,
the first pic is for the rear link kickers, these go on the chassis end of the rear controll arms. there is nothing for the diff end. all they do is offset
the chassis bush so it lasts longer with the lift. for what they are
they are way to expensive, and for a 2'' lift i dont think they are needed.
you need a shock that has longer that 10'' stroke before the bush stops wheel travel.
as for the second pic, they are rear shock mount kickers, i reckon that these would be a better purchase. they sit the top shock pin inclination
to a more horizontal position. these would be better if they made to lower the pin position, as to give more downward travel.
the one thing to check on the rear is the brake line, at the tee. i just made up an extention to the factory bracket to lower it 2''.
discowhite had 10.5'' stroke rear shocks, 450mm free height springs.
the springs would dislocate 3''. the limiting factor for the rear on her was the chassis bushes, i wasent running cranked arms or any kickers.
so unless your going anywhere near these specks i wouldnt spend
your money.
cheers phil
