As the range on tyres for standard Freelander 15" rims (195/80) is limited, I have managed to get a set of genuine 16" rims cheap as there is a greater range of tyres.

One of the rims has been run against a gutter and has a little bit of cosmetic scrapping. I was going to use a liquid steel type product to fill the scratches but that will mean I will have to paint the wheel. As it is a spec silver with clear over, I doubt I will match the colour in a pressure pack.

The scratches are less than the gouges I have in my current wheels which are going on my trailer but I would like the new wheels to look nice and pretty when I get the tyres.
Any ideas? - Does anyone have the landrover paint codes for wheels.

Also any ideas for tyres - AT spec 215 or 225/65 in 16" - Offroad is not so important, must be low noise as the Freelander transmits tyre noise to the cabin - current HTs are even noisy on some surfaces = good milage is a plus

Thanks
