    Annoying Humming from fuel tank

I'm wondering if any other AULRO members have had similar problem.

On a warm day, after switching engine off, I get a humming sound from the fuel tank. This is relieved if I open the petrol cap and release all pressure from the tank. Only seems to happen on hotter days (guess I don't need to worry about it now Summer's gone)
Also, I have noticed on warmer days lately that there is a fuel smell inside the cabin and toward the rear, but no smell either outside near the cap or near the engine bay. I've heard pipes can be blocked. Has anyone got any idea what might be causing this. The tank does have pressure but at times way too much!

    Thanks Guys,

I knew there were hoses that allow breathing of the tank. Will need to find them thats all. I appear to have the OE tank cap.
