    TIME TO ENGINEER

Time has come to fully engineer the RR.

    final spec.

    65mm body lift
rear bump stop 150mm front 125mm
    wheel track pluss 100mm
    wheels 16*8 and 16*7
    tyres road 35*12*16 (metric equiv)
    tyres o/rd MT117 s/stones

    engine Holden EFI V8
    ZF auto.

will be slow as I have to change a few things notmuch.
    brakes will pass.
    emissions ok.
    exhaust needs to be quieter

all can be done easily bit of time and not to many $$

What about your custom links ect?
    Need to be Xrayed?

    Who are you using?

Sounds good though, especially the 35's

    no exray.

    all should be ok

Rover swivell bearings can handle the 50mm extra offset no worries, as do wheel bearings.

Keep us all posted, it will be intresting what they pick.

You say brakes and offset will be ok, but will the engineer say that? Or has he said it already.

A group of us looked at getting our Disco's engineered for 34's a while back and other than the rediculous cost of the engineer, it was the brakes which were going to cause the most problems.

    Cool thats awesome.

Im planning to get 36's engineered on mine. Should be fine,l due to 900x16s and its been done before.
What are the original bumpstop clearances? Or what lift does yours equate to?

Interesting he is engineering the 8's to 8)

I think those bumpstops equate to 3" spring lift
