300tdi Defender. replace clutch master and slave. Required tools

I have read the threads here but I am confused whether it is actually possible to remove and replace the clutch master cylinder without removing the box.

Looks like one hell of a job to remove the box as there is an aircon hose in the way etc.

What special tools would I need.

I think only the pumas with the MT82 have that issue, you should be fine.

One thing I would add to this, probably a bit late, but people do look at old threads for help.

Do not try to bleed it when it is on a nose down slope! If there is no escaping this, reverse bleed it - pump fluid into the bleed nipple. All you need is a syringe and tubing, but it can get messy.
