    4wdIndustries R380

Has anyone had any experience with transmissions from 4wd Industries? I am considering a reco R380 down the track. Anyone with R380, Santana or transfer case experience with them?

    Cheers

Ps. Jeez major parts on a D2 are very reasonable priced compared to small silly bits on the current crop of vehicles!

I've used them for other things before and they are very good, the man rebuilding the transmissions is pretty switched on, I'd go with them.

I got one from them about 60k km’s ago. Brilliant from day one. Just be sure to use their recommended oils. I use Castrol Syntrans with no problems. When it’s warm it shifts easily and smoothly.
