My first thought when I started reading you post was the Crank Angle Sensor. Since you've had that changed I guess you have to start looking elsewhere.
Sounds like you need a decent diagnostic technician not just a service tech with a $100 scanner. A diagnostic technician will have the correct tools to diagnose your fault such as a high level scan tool, oscilloscope, noid lights, relay and electrical testing equipment, fuel pressure gauges and the like. Also a diagnostic technician will find your underlying issue before they start replacing parts unlike like a normal service tech that will normally take a guess and keep changing parts and hope for the best until it's fixed. But as you've found out that gets expensive.
