    Discovery Series 5 - change of tyre size and electronic implications?

    I have a 2018 series 5 Discovery with standard 235/65 R19 SUV tyres, I wanted to change to a set of all terrain tyres but there are none that exact size, the alternates are 2-3% different in diameter. The LR dealer and the tyre shop claim that I cant change the size without implications to the electronics and risk warning lights?

    1. Is this true?
    2. If so, can tyre size be reset in the electronics?

    Providing all the tyres are the same size the electronics will be oblivious to the different size.

    I replaced the OEM Goodyear Eagle F1 AT 255/55R20 with Pirelli Scorpion all terrain plus 275/55R20 some 26,000k ago. No dramas.

    As said. Replace all 5 and you’ll be fine.
