Just got the Rangie and wondering if the front recovery point is suitable as a recovery point for snatching, etc. If it is not, what is the usual options for adding recovery points suitable for snatching to the front of the Rangie? We will be using the towbar (NOT tow ball) for the rear recovery point.
I know that our Freelander has snatch rated recovery points and we have the Troopy sorted, just the Rangie to be sorted.

You should be right with both existing loops, front left and rear left.
I've snatched and been snatched in many various instances and haven't had any problems.
Upon inspection, both loops seem to bend up and down a bit but the main welds remain intact.
I too use the Hayman Reece receiver hitch and haven't had any problems here either.
I'm not aware of any aftermarket options although I may look into adding another loop/point at front right in the near future - then shave off LHS and duplicate.
