    Lower control arm bushes

Having trouble getting one of the bushes off, its the control arm to chassis one, it has only been on about 2 years and is still like new (been building the car up and not wheeling). Its one of the Rangie Spares angled ones and would prefer to get it off without wrecking it, Got any tips?

Yeah, got it off last night with a 20 tonne press, no problem at all. I'll use a lot of anti seize lube when i put it back this time.
