It's doable if you remove the intrument pack then you can separate the PCB and dials from the casing with the ''screen''
Does anyone know how I can get the front "glass" off a TD5 speedo so I can work on the dial, and then reassemble it properly?

A follow up question - the km/h text on the dial - does anyone know exactly what height the characters themselves are?

As another question re TD5 speedo - is it possible to change the odometer setting (incrasing it, not rolling it back)![]()

The odometer reading can be sync'd with the mileage stored in the BCU if that's higher so if you replace the instrument pack with a lower mileage one this will ''adopt'' the higher mileage stored in the BCU, i dont know other way to increase the odometer reading
