    Superpro suspesion bushes

Just read a article in Land Rover world talking about SuperPro Bushes (http://www.superpro.com.au/), any one used them ??? Or is it still worth just sticking to the Land Rover stock OEM rubber ones !!! Reason I ask is I need to replace all mine in the disco and was thinking of trying something different if there any good.

    Thanks
    Matt.

I don't have any experience of them, but if your bushes need replacing, then any new ones will seem pretty good! My personal feeling is to stick with the genuine parts, having tried several others (but not these).

I've always been wary of the polyurethane bushes, as they are usually much harder than the original equipment rubber ones and as the article states, they chew out and elongate holes they seat in. I've usually used rubber ones for that reason.

The SuperPro ones look the goods though, as they are around as pliable as the rubber ones but don't wear as quickly. I'll be trying them pretty soom, because I'm at 170,000km on the original set.

Fulcrum/Super Pro are bloody good. IMO their lower rear trailing arm to chassis bush is the best I've seen and much better than an OE one, out flexing and out lasting genuine. They don't just copy an OE bush, but re-design it and usually do it better.
I've had some good long chats with their design engineers, and their Landy bushes are tested in the real world by a Landy workshop just down the road from where they are made.

I have their bushes on the chassis end of the lower rear arms and A frame.

Matt, which ones are you looking at replacing, and what do you want to do with you Disco ?
example, if you wanted more flex out of the front end, at the expense of a little life, I'd use Haultech slotted bushes in the axle end of the front radius arms (and I do)

Not sure, use the car 95% of the year on road. So I guess off road isn't really a priority !!

All the bushes need replacing, there a bit dead after 160,000kms.
