    ZF 4HP22E O rings

Would anyone have the correct size for the cooler line O ring into the trans body please?

Mario is getting me some genuine ones but I want to swap one out ASAP.

    Cheers.

    It’s either BS111 or BS112 - it won’t be metric.

    That’s 11.11x2.62 or 12.2x2.62mm

Thanks Mike, that surprises me but I'll try and get one of each.

German “metric” is usually just Imperial Sizing converted.

I have ERR1594 spares in my garage and measured one with caliper when i saw your post hence my reply so might be some micrones difference but IMO even 11.5 x 2.5 orings should be up to the job

    100% on the Viton.

If I hadn't lost my massive HNBR auto AC kit I'm sure there would've been one in there that fitted, and HNBR is pretty bloody good for temp and mineral/PAG/POE/PAO oil resistance too.

Ouch. Not a cheap kit to lose either.
