it leaks out of the injector port?
which injector port?
the HP line, the bleed off line, the injector body? the check valve on the IP?
1995 Defender 300Tdi. Replaced head with a Turners performance. Was told by mechanic my loss of power issue was blown head gasket.
I took the opportunity to replace head rather than just gasket.
One cylinder now leaks diesel out of the injector port. I have tried 3 seals and even tried a different injector. It still leaks!
There is no loss of power or any other visible issues other than the diesel leak. Going by the fuel consumption before and after, it is leaking between 1 and 2 litres per hundred km.
Any ideas on what the issue might be?

likelly it will be the bleed off not sealing properly
clean it dust it with talc and see where its leaking from.
if its leaking up from the well then the injector body is damaged and leaking at the threaded joint between the 2 primary body shell components
