I'm currently looking at importing one of those CJM (Alisport) Td5 exhaust manifolds. Received a few quotes:
Hi Octane Performance Coating < Hi Octane Performance Coatings > - $220.00 and two weeks turn around.
HPC (High Performance Coatings) HP2 Satin Black < Coatings - HPC HPC > - $253.00 and one week.
CIC (Competition and Industrial Coatings) Ceramics double coat high temperature < Exhaust Manifold Coatings – CIC High Performance Ceramics > - $330.00.

I have no reason to think any is any better than any other...
Yep, used Competition Coatings in Archerfield, Brisbane as they aren't that far away, even though we freighted there and back.

Really good to deal with by phone and email and the manifold looks fine.
I forgot to supply an NPT plug for the EGT probe port, but they sorted that without fuss

I wonder if that's who did my current manifold. It was done through APT Fabrications in Brisbane and it's been great. I've contacted them for a quote. Do you recall what it cost you?

I'm looking to have mine delivered straight to them from overseas - reduce the freighting costs and double handling. It will mean that I'll be drilling and taping for the EGT probe and drilling out to enlarge some of the stud holes post the coating though. I think if I'm careful this should be fine not to damage the coating, and has the bonus as the coating isn't wanted in the holes threads etc anyway.

I had the holes drilled 1 & 2 drill sizes larger and both manifold face's surface ground before coating.
I'll dig up the invoice in the morning
