Thread Diameter Series 2.25 Litre Diesel Glow Plugs?

Hello All,

Can someone please let me know what the diameter is for the Series 2A and Series 3 four cylinder diesel 2.25 litre motor glow plugs thread?

I am trying to track down a suitable diesel engine compression tester kit that will fit the Series 2A and Series 3 four cylinder diesel 2.25 litre motor. To be able to identify which of the multitudinous diesel kits that are available out there online is the correct one, I need to know what the diameter for the Series motor's glow plug is. Then I can see if that size thread is actually listed in their kit's product descriptions.

Alternatively, have you recently bought a diesel engine compression tester kit that fit the Series 2A and Series 3 four cylinder diesel 2.25 litre motor? If so what is its brand and where did you buy it from?

To push my luck even further - might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb ... would this kit also include a separate glow plug adaptor that would suit a Perkins 6354 six cylinder diesel motor?

If you have a glowplug out you should be able to work it out.
Do you have a thread gauge ? You just need the pitch and diameter then Googling should determine the thread size.

One of the links below suggests later ones are metric.
