I had leaking after ultrasonic cleaning too—turned out the O-rings got nicked during reassembly. Replaced them with new Viton ones and made sure they seated properly, no more leaks since.

I had a similar issue and traced it back to worn O-rings after the cleaning—probably went brittle or didn’t reseat right. Swapped them out and it sorted the leak. Also, I checked flow consistency using an ultrasonic liquic flow meter, which helped spot one injector running higher than the rest. Turned out to be a dodgy pintle not sealing properly post-clean.

The thread is now 4 years old, I'm reminded that I never got back with the actual solution...one or more injectors was leaking internally after the cleaning process, what seemed like a good idea as preventative maintenance whilst things were apart turned out to be not such a good idea after all, these injectors have much finer passageways than earlier types so the loosened contaminants just cause problems. I had to replace all the injectors- which on this car involves removing the engine from the car.
