hey guys
the drivers side window on my defender decided to drop out today
it happened at the most inconvinent time, running late for the doctors and need to lock the car. after i finally got the door trim off, all i had was a $2 screwdriver that was about 3in long its looks as though the previous owner had used some sort of glue
any suggestions on a good glue/cement to hold the glass into the two little plastic tracks
thanks

Crikey! I thought only Jeep Grand Cherokees did this ($1,400 fix for a bad window motor/regulator on power window). Happened to me once, and about three friends with the same vehicles...Originally Posted by weeds

Just go to any auto glass mob, and they should have the proper glue. My guess is they would put it in, for less than you could buy some glue for. If not, they should be able to "sell" you enough to do the job.
Good Luck,
Ken![]()
