Thread: Air compressor query - pulley direction

Hi
Not sure how to get this into the tech subforum.
Anyway I bought a 2nd hand ATCO compressor , with some dodgy wiring and 3 phase motor.
My electrician has wired it up but needs to know which direction the pump pulley runs before we test it.
If anyone with this type/make of compressor can help me , I'd be very appreciative!

Generally the blades on the pulley should push (not pull) air over the pump as a cooling mechanism

What ^^ he said. And I checked mine just to verify. They don't exactly move a lot of air, but it's there.
