    Sounds like a good pedigree.

    Corrosion in the doors should be looked for.

    BTW it is a 300 Tdi engine as opposed to the earlier 200 Tdi (pre 1995) and the later TD5 (MY 2000). This might help in your searching of this forum and others for technical info.
