Can't help with a diagram but it's only 3 wires that need to be run from the solenoid to the switch.
 Just found this, this is as simple as it gets. I didnt get to do the in cab wiring but did run cable up to near the brake booster where i wired in a wireless controller similar to below.
 I would add another single pole switch as a fail safe between the in/out switch and the solenoid (red wire in diagram) so you dont use it by mistake.
