Have head lights NO Dash or tail lights
1 all fuses in centre box ok
2 have functional brake lights and indicators
3 head lights work but Not parkers or tail lights
any Ideas or a fuse I don't know about?

Does the Defender interior light switch turn off the dash lights in its middle position?. The one in my County does, although I dont know why you would want to dim them any more then they already are
Wouldn't explain your tail lights though.

I've just replaced my master light switch for similar problems. Fuses all OK.
... That's this vehicle's third switch in only 170,000km

Problem solvered..broken wire behind fuse box...damn I hate electrics ya just can't see the damn stuff...
