G'Day Matt
Glad you got it Ok
top edge follows the top fold of the guard where it folds down next to the bonnet. It should also line up with the cutout for the pillar and the bottom edge roughly follows the crease in the guard above the side indicator.
found this for you ..... looks similar to what I did

Note* He uses an 89mm hole saw. The one I copied (@ the wrecker I bought the snorkel from) was about 100mm hence the 104mm hole in my inner guard. 104mm allowed easier fitting of the "grommet" which wasn't a full circle (cut??) and now has a 15mm gap where it doesn't matter. the larger cutout on the inner guard doesn't seem to have any real drawbacks and the advantage of allowing a slight inaccuracy in positioning:D .
something else I did was, drilled the holes in the guard oversize and round instead of elongated and used a bigger washer inside the guard. The washer was also isolated from the guard (plated steel vs alloy = corrosion) using some tyre tube cut bigger then the washer and then punched for the stud........
I think you get the picture;)

Thanks mate its all fitted. I couldnt get a hole saw so i cut the hole in the guard with a grinder, worked a treat, and drilled lots of little hole in a circle for the inner guard and then joined them all together to get the centre out. I then smoothed the edge of the hole with a small grinding stone on my drill. The inner hole is a bit rough but it fits. I stuffed up and got the hole to low so had to move it higher on the inside but will fix that up later. Matt
