    Digital compass ideas/recommendations?

    Looking for any pointers to a small digital compass I could fit in place of the dash clock in my Range Rover P38 ('97). Happy to adapt or make a new housing. I haven't seen any promisonfg ones apart from gutting a Garmin eTrex and using it in compass mode. I miss the compass display in my old D2 mirror...

    Probably not what your chasing but a digital compass can be downloaded for most phones, just leave it open .

    Digital will require a GPS signal so as above an old mobile phone would be your best bet.
