Hello All,

My HP laptop has started to develop a really annoying habit of dropping out of Youtube and Facebook Marketplace. The internet is Telstra 5G accessed via Bluetooth. While watching YouTube a wait circle will start going around. In Facebook Market Place when going from one item to a new item the monitor gets filled with rows and columns of blank grey rectangles. Looking down at the taskbar shows the globe icon which means there is currently no internet connection. When there is an internet connection is shows an icon with a quadrant with concentric arcs.

It seems like something is causing the internet connection to be lost and the automatic reconnect fails only during YouTube and Facebook Market Place usage. What is happening and how can the irritating problem be fixed and removed permanently?
