    Stainless Steel Wheel Studs……

    Where to source, goggling hasn’t found me a supplier

    Non-land rover application

    I have the need to upgrade from existing aluminum wheel studs to stainless…..

    *I would find it odd for anything to have aluminium wheel studs.
    *if they are cheap stainless they will still corrode away.
    *if you do get stainless wheel studs, dont use stainless wheel lugs, they will suffer galling.
    *also dont use copper anti-seize on stainless.

    There would be 100’s of these amphibious boats running aluminum studs with aluminum nuts…….

    Our boats would do 10 times the work the most other boat.

    We are already running stainless studs with aluminum nuts….just with a bit of lube, to date they is no corrosion between the two.
