In regards of "direct drop-in" with regards of charging, it all depends on the charger and its parameters. Yes, technically you can charge the LiFePO4 battery with an AGM charger but the AGM charger either cuts off bulk charging too soon (example detecting 13.2v as fully charged even though for LiFePO4 that is 50% charged) or it takes 2 weeks to fully charge the Lithium. This is because LiFePO4 max charging voltage is 14.6v with a stable fully charged state at 13.8v.
I'm not sure if Redarc AGM chargers could charge our Lithium. I recommend having a Lithium compatible charging so you know for sure it will fully charge the battery and you can use the full extent of the capacity.
