One more issue to fix on the td5 defender
Jumped on the highway last night and whoops something aint right.
Could not get past 80km/h, she is a tad slower in the lower revs but as soon as I hit 1800rpm+ with the foot down she seems to flatten out totally. It may be misleading but it seems she is expecting more air and not getting it. the Madman ems 3 boost gauge is down from 15 to 9psi, with the foot down flat. I unplugged the MAF sensor and things seemed to not change much, a tad smoother and jumping a bit less but still nothing past the 1800-1900 rpm range in terms of power.
I've checked and the hoses seems in tact. Cleaned out the ECU plugs and ran a MADMAN extract. I can take it in to my mechanic next week, but was hoping someone had a similar issue.
