Arms to suit 3-4" lift... Ex-stock....

I normally would do it myself Glenn but my jig borer ( mini bridgepoint mill ) is still in Sydney and I was hoping someone may have a slotted set they could do on exchange and save me some time.I am also assuming that 3 deg castor is ok or has anyone increased it with any benefits?????
