    Engine Oils for 3.0 L D4

    What are your thoughts on using 5w-40 oil for a D4 @ 240000 kms?
    2003 D2a Auto TD5 good Landy gone
    2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?

    I've used Penrite HPR 5W/40 (fully synthetic) since the D4 passed 150,000km. Previously used Penrite 5W/30 as recommended.
    2013 D4 expedition equipped
    1966 Army workshop trailer
    (previously SII 2.25 swb, SIII 2.25 swb & lwb, P38 Vogue, 1993 LSE 3.9V8 then HS2.8)

    I'm at 240k on my 2.7 and went to 5W40 Penrite at 200k.
