    Defender gear box plug tool????

    Ok I give in now! have butched the gearbox plug with its star shaped insert.Thought I could make a tool to get it out easyer,but not today!
    I dont want to buy the real thing from a stealer,so can any one recomend a tool/bit that will do the job and with a bit of luck find one tomorrow (sunday in the west=crossed fingers)

    It's a Torx head size T-55. Hope you have a decent tool shop nearby.

    well....failing that there is always the butchers way......
    use a good set of vicegrips or stilsens to undo it......
