I just put calipers on the nut in my 3.9 V8 it would appear to be 37-38mms.

mine was 32mm

I just pulled my radiator and used a 38mm open ended spanner with no troubles. However it was a touch too big. Perhaps 37mm would be right.

Got my hub spanners in the mail yesterday, hows that for prompt service:burnrubber:
36mm was the size I needed. What a b**ch to get of even with the spanner. Holding the water pump pulley not so easy!!
Radiator guy was not too impressed with the general condition of the radiator, it has seen better days, has had a few repairs already and may not be worth spending any more money on:( .
