IMHO heres how Id wire it all up.
 
The lockers would be wierd so that you would have to turn on in sequence
 
the compressor, the rear diff then the front.
 
The Rear diff would be wired on a relay to the brake lights so that when im on the anchorsthe diffs would be unlocked and the vent side of the air system would be hooked to the vacume side of the booster for extra snappy disengaging
			
		 
	 
 A Detroit front and rear will do this and be cheaper with no compressor or air lines to worry about.
 
If you have ARB lockers front and rear installed by ARB, the way they set them up, you can't engage the front locker unless the rear is engaged, they do this for saftey and to stop you breaking CV's.
