Vlad, I moved the two handles from above the rear door to the two front seats. I just peeled back the lining to get my drill lined up, then put two 6mm holes into the metalwork adjacent to the mouting position, and then drove two 8mm self tapping longer screws through all and sundry and tightened.
Trick is not to over-tighten so you don't squash/deform the headlining too much. My wife loves then handle - she was never a fan of the little handle on the edge of the dash. Holds my generous 90kg frame too. Not sure it's the "purdiest" job in the world or best engineered, but it was fast and it works.
