    Extractors for a 3.5 Litre?

Can anyone advise what type of extractors I need for a 3.5 litre V8, where I might get them and how much I might expect to pay?

Also there is apparently a gasket on the carburettors that restrict the air flow, apparently this can be changed also to improve the power. Do you just replace this with a regular gasket?

    Thanks

I have extractors on mine - it's a 3.9 (stroked to 4.6), but I think th same set would fit. I am not sure the brand - I will check tomorrow.
    I think I paid about $700 installed

Sam, I believe you mean the restrictor plate fitted to Stage 1's? I doubt they would be there, but if you check the www for Stage 1 sites you'll find instructions in removal. There's no replacement part - apparently it's a metal plate sitting in the carby throat and just removes. Mine were long gone.

I fitted some HM headers to mine. Available in mild or SS, good value for money and a noticeable improvement in torque with most benefit higher in the rev range.

i got quoted $380 for a set of WildCats for my 3.5, if you needed them installed then add some more i guess, depends what type of system you have previous owner of mine had it all welded together (one big piece) so there is no way of removing the exhaust unless you use an angle grinder
