the seals can leak if there is wear on the crankshaft surface that the seal runs on......
or if there is too much endfloat in the crankshaft.....
and make sure also that the oil level is correct....do not overfill......
when fitting new seals.....always fill the lip with an appropriate grease.....
and if its a seal that is known to always leak.....use a sealant on the out side of it to seal that side........
make sure they are fitted evenly and that are the correct depth in their housings......
check how deep the old one is before you pull it out......

ok but whatever you do then at least replace the thrust washer and fork.

The rear mainseal is the seal for the crank.The oil leaks thru the seal onto the flywheel,the flywheel distributes it all over the inside of the bellhousing,it then contaminates the clutch linings which like brake linings are ruined by oil.
