Just scored a genuine Landrover windshield for the drivers door. For a D2
Any ideas on how to attach it to the window, do I need anything special?

Sorry looks like the later ones do not have the clips - will post the instructions in a min or so.

Make sure you give the surface your sticking the shields on to a good clean. The kit usually comes with rubbing alcohol and a primer, but I would get some more rubbing alcohol and clean it a few times, as they are prone to fall off if not cleaned properly.
I am not fitting them - but you are spot on, the cleaner the surface is the better the fix, and alcohol - not whiskey or rum - but isopropyl alcohol makes sure all the grease, oil and grime are removed and you are gauranteed a good fix.Originally Posted by V8Hybrid
