Question Rattle on downshift?? in 95 fender

I have noticed a slight rattle, which sounds very much like a loose bolt on a exhast, a sort of chatter if you will, it seems to be coming from the area about the bell housing, but higherlike at the base of the dash

happens at about 25 to 3o kmph, approx 2000 to 2200 rpm, all gears, just the right rough rpm, havent noticed it in low low as much, but havent reved it out needed to rev it out so high

i have ferreted around the area when its doing it, and cant seem to locate anything in the cab, but it feels like it is on the underside

    Any ideas?????????

Check the tighteness of the brackets that run across the firewall, they hold various hoses and pipes, brake lines etc. If any of the bolts are loose, they can rattle against the firewall.
