do you have anti squeal shims fitted....?
are they the right way around....? the "D" is for down.....

otherwise......chamfer the leading edge of the pads......
cut a groove in them from the top to the bottom.....3/4 the depth of the friction material......
and de-glaze them before you refit them......just rub them on some concrete such as the footpath......

    its a common problem.....

    did you use bendix pads.....?

Stops the squeal unfortunately not the car...

I had an annoying one for a couple of weeks it ended up being a bit of quartz rock from our last mud bath

pull the pads out and give them a light touching up and down the face with some water and wet and dry

As soon as I fitted dba slotted roters I had brake squeal ended up using pbr anti squeal adhesive about $7? for a small tube from any auto shop or even better CRC disc brake quiet 2x the price but bigger bottle, enough to last several life times of the home mechanic
