Our car went in today. I handed in the tsb with the keys and told them what it was doing.

Apparently they have done the tsb. They said they have found another oil leak which they are doing. It's interesting as I told them about it when they did the clutch but nothing happened. It must have dripped on their head... LOL

I have just had mine done at a Melbourne dealer (Lance Dixon). I am quite happy with their service.
They replaced the rear flanges, rear axles, loctited same in. Re shimmed the centre diff (had to pull apart transfer case and g'box to do it) greased and replaced spigot bearing as it was squealing when cold, and ordred two new axles and flages for front which will be replaced when they come in. All under guarantee

    Well done boys!

They had the vehicle for 4 days!

Sorry I've been slack in replying... we are a house of sick people here at them moment

Anyway it's a bit hard to read but they replaced the following.

    Rocker cover gasket
    stub axle seal
    flange gasket seal
    hub seal
    swivel pin wipe seals
    axle end gaskets

    And... NO CLICK whatsoever

    Thanks Southside LR
