Howdy,
I have recently fitted a second fuel tank to my 2003 TD5 Defender 90. I used Long Range Automotive in Vic as they are close by.
http://www.longrangeautomotive.com.au/
They seemed to do a good job, it works quite well and has already survived a Simpson Desert trip.
If you want any more details, I can provide pictures and a better description of work done

I can chase up a reciept if you like, Long Range Automotive had to modify my original land rover driver's side step and I had them make a 'Y' filler to be able to fill either tank from the original fill point, otherwise they were going to drill a hole just behind the drivers door and in front of the wheel arch for the filler. The tank came partially wired in (my request) as I wanted to complete the internal wiring whilst fitting up some extras for the desert trip.
