    That would work, but my first guess is that it would help with a very good bleed/drain/re-fill/re-bleed

    i just looked up the book. I dont think his clutch is original...

    The manual shows the rod and the pivot as one unit where as his is one of those ones where the pivot yolk is threaded onto to the pushrod and has a locknut...

    It wouldnt be hard to get one to suit. the masters drive rod setup looks similar to the ones they use on hydraulic over run brakes on trailers... and I would guess that just the pushrod from one of those would be the ticket.

    This worked for me, i had a clutch working just off the floor and was getting worse, mech said it was either the master or slave cylinder, he also said if doing one do the other.

    After the bleed and new fluid in the clutch and brake the pedal is back to normal and clutch is fine now, not to mention brakes are a bit better too.

    I didn't need to replace the cylinders but got the cheapest prices i could from Karcraft.

    master cylinder; $371
    slave cylinder $73 from Karcraft.
