    Brake Controller

    99 Disc II TD5 Auto

    I have just purchased a camper trailer/van for my up and coming trip around Aust next year. So I have to fit a supplied electronic brake controller to my vehicle ( Make/model = Prodigy).

    The installation documentation mentions that some new model vehicle come with a "brake controller primary pluggin point". Part of the existing wiring harness.

    Does anyone know it such a pluggin point exist in the wiring harness?

    Hi John,
    On the D2 this plug does not exist.
    4 wires Black +ve direct to battery with 30amp circuit breaker, White -ve earth, Red brake light signal, Blue to pin 5 on traler plug(or up behind the r/h/r body lamp where the plug is located for the wiring on the D2) I presume u will be using the factory wiring.
