    i think you should have used the shaft that came with the transfer case

    Hi there Rovercare, appolagies for doubting your transfer case. All is good. It turned out to be the pinion on the front diff that had broken and was causing all the noise.

    Only just found this, thank **** for that, Told ya the transfer was quite as a mouse I don't fib or knowingly sell shoddy stuff
